Chandelier

I was next invited to bid on the chandeliers. The sketch showed a 60" diameter wheel supporting 16 lights per unit, chain and frame 18 feet tall. A dimmable bulb tops each electrified pure wax pillar; each candle is centered on a solid bronze saucer, which in turn is balanced on a twisted wooden standoff. The geometry results in a shell-like appearance on the saucer’s underside.
